At Caradog Primary School we believe that children thrive in an environment in which they are happy, challenged and secure. We aim to provide the best primary education in a stimulating and creative environment.
Teachers and Support Staff work individually and in collaboration with one another to provide high quality provision, teaching and learning. They co-ordinate work in their areas of learning, across the year group and provide advice, guidance and support to colleagues on all matters relating to their subject areas.
Curriculum Co-ordinators attend relevant training and development events and provide school-based training to colleagues and support staff. They also audit and order resources for their areas. Support Staff support the role of the area coordinator and contribute to our curriculum teams too.
