Our school vision and values are at the core of everything we do at Caradog. These were reviewed during the Autumn Term 2024-25. Pupils, staff, parents/carers and governors were involved.

We encourage every child to be themselves, celebrating: individuality, diversity and difference. We endeavour to provide an excellent education, motivating all children to become ambitious, capable, and resilient learners, preparing them for a successful future.
Collaboratively our dedicated staff work alongside parents, carers, governors and the wider community to ensure an excellent education for every child, removing barriers to success.
Embracing our Welsh language and heritage, we foster a strong sense of “Cynefin,” making Caradog a truly special place to grow and learn.
